Welcome to the GMEI Legislative Work group! Our primary focus is developing and sustaining Graduate Medical Education (GME) in primary care and essential specialty care for underserved settings through legislative and regulatory reform. Our long-term goal is comprehensive reform of the GME system to best meet the health care needs of the nation.
